Arrow ***Spectra End Loop Video***

There is always a question on how to do the Spectra Loop on the end of your JB hollow core or Dacron mainline. I put together a 2 part step by step Video to help those out that wanted to learn how to do the end loop......Mark

The videos over lap just a little so you can continue where you left off in the first video.
Just click on the links below:

I guess I'm doing it wrong but the way I'm splicing has held for me. I run down from above with a needle 2-3 ft ... pull a 2-3 ft tag end back up through and pull tight.

Red that works I did it for years. This way is actually a little faster and more secure. The good thing about doing it this way is you have the outside shell of the first 12" pass go into the inside of the first inside pass of spectra and there is absolutely no way it can pull out. I hope that makes sense??...Mark

I tied one Mark, nice strong connection. If I were still using 80's/130's (power fishing - lining) I'd use it. I'm slowly downsizing my tackle to 16's / 30's / 50's spooled to the max with 65/70/80/100 spectra ... 40-100 / 80-130 Calstar Grafighter rods for fish in the northern gulf.
Nice easy to understand video ... Thanks
