Towed that 16 Egret, broke at the snell to a 7/0 circle hook attached to the bow d-ring. Knot held fine with the drag locked down on a 14000 Spheros FB (44# drag). Made it up to 3/0 knots pulling an approximate 1200# boat. You can see why I can put a whoopin' on those big snook with this rod and knot.
