I help those who help me, right here where I live. Do you have a tackle shop in your home town?
Here is where I buy my tackle.

It's nice to support your local stores but some people can't afford the extra $50. .... 25% more.

Haddrell's Point has the Shimano Stradic FI 8000 Reel for $199.99 ... + shipping.

Jeff has the reel for $159.99 with free shipping.

We are all about supporting local tackle stores. If fact we often refer people to local stores for fishing rods, bulk weights, getting reels spooled, products we can not get, etc.

We do ask however that before a potential customer purchases from ebay, Cabellas, Outdoor World, Wally World, Sports Authority or alike that they consider Angler Systems. Our business plan is to offer a good variety of tackle that works, electronics and apparel along with the best service possible at a reasonable price. Additionally we will continue to support fishing guides throughout the county, various local and national non-profit organizations and this forum

Red,

We are presently adding a variety of new items including items from Penn and Shimano and discontinuing others that are just not moving. We are doing this in attempt to streamline our organization to make it through this trying economic period. That being said some of the new products may or may not be priced correctly. Adjustments will be made to prices on a regular basis. My suggestion is that if you see something at a price that seems to be a bargain.....grab it!
