Default Mount of 1228# blue

Here is a cool link of the company that is doing the mount for the 1228# blue that was caught at the Pirates Cove tournament. They are posting photos with comments as they go through the process of making the mount.

Cool Link! I would have had no idea that they had to ship the fish all the way down to FL in order to make the mold.

See what I know, I figured they could do it off a picture.

For a lot of mounts you can just get measurements and a picture and they will make a mount for you. For a fish of this magnitude and that it's the biggest caught in the continental US, you gotta want the real thing!
