Default Chaos Rods: Great Customer Service

We tend to hear about the bad customer service stories, but I wanted to let everyone know about a company that followed through with what they promised.

Those of you that were at the Spring event might remember that 62lb dolphin we caught. Well after the fish his the bottom of the boat, he started greyhounding and flopping around a good bit. That joker ended up breaking my Chaos rod about 3 inches from the tip. To be honest, I don't remember how or exactly when it broke.

Well after a few emails with Adolfo, the top dog at Chaos. He said to send the broken rod to him with the attached email to his shop. Two weeks later I have a brand new rod sitting in the living room when I get home from work.

Great company to do business with.

Glad you got it fixed Mike...

My business will go there this winter. I'm retiring the old rods and switching to 50's.

Yeah Mark. I bet you are considering you have a full spread of their rods. As you know they stand behind their product.

Ya I have a eight rod spread of their rods. I have been very happy with them. I had a little problem with the set matching when I had them made. (This is around the time they had the big robbery) I called and the owner said to use the rods and we will make you a whole new set * 8 rods Matching with boat name * I blew it off for a while and low and behold a brand new set showed up 6 months later!! They sent a call tag for the old rods also. Mark

Wonder what happened to the old set?

I could rename my boat the tina louise, then we'd all be happy.
