Default Striper 11/24-11/25 at the M&M

Me, Josh (Oceans Brew) and our friend Sean with his fiance went out late last Saturday night for striper in my boat. Long story short, I'm sure we weren't doing something right because the tide was cooking and the water was flat and we weren't catching more than we could handle, but we were at least sorta right because we went home at 5am Sunday with an 18", a 20" and a 28" fish in the cooler, some shorts had gone back and a slot fish went back in the drink over the course of the night...

Slow fishing compared to what some have been reporting, but we caught something and it was FLAT CALM out there.

Ryan

Nice report Ryan, good to hear that some fish are out there. Me and a few friends have been working the CBBT at the small boat channel. It's been fun lately with light spinning reels.

Glad you had a good time! Give me a call sometime and I will meet y'all out there sometime.

As it turns out when you get 4 folks who are all 21 years old and none of which are independently wealthy, there are 0 digital cameras on board. Simple math

We did get some film pictures but Josh has that camera...no idea on when they'll be developed and scanned.

I'll be back home in 2 weeks and I'll give you a call Ron. This time I'm home for a month, so the boat oughta run for at least 2 days in that span given the way things have been going

Sorry to hear about the boat Ryan. I spoke to my friend and maybe we can take a drive over to your house and have a few beers and discuss your boat.

Yeah, we sorta gave up on the fiberglass stuff because we didn't know what we were doing and we had plenty of other things between us and a running/floating boat. I'd appreciate maybe an idea or two, but getting that console on/off was a bear so I'm probably going to run her as is at least until the end of the summer unless I either come into enough money to have a shop fix it the way I want, or really run into a problem along the way that's caused by the current setup.

Yeah, when you do, save the film...if the picture of me with the quasi-biggun is worth a sh!t I'm gonna get it made a little bigger and bring it to school.
