March 15th 2008 - Update Off shore Wilmington, NC

The winds went down and went offshore! Balckfin Tuna, mahi and wahoo! Should only get better as the next coule of weeks pass.
Grouper bite was also good in the 40 mile range!
Kings still offshore in 68 degree water!
