That was a very nice trip. It started out 24 degrees and we were pealing off the layers of cloths as soon as we got to the stream. Thanks for a nice trip Mark.

Here is another pic of the second hoo going into the box, but there is a little story behind it.

That 40 odd pounder hit the planer rod, a 50 Alutecnos. It only had 35 pounds of drag set on it to hold the planer...... I really expected it to rip his lip off. When the planer tripped, that hoo could not go anywhere. He popped right up and started skipping accross the sea. We were dragging him and I thought.... that fish doesn't have much fight. Well, Mark cranked him right in and I stuck him after about ...... a huge 30 second fight. Well, he was still green and was snapping like a turtle on the gaff. Open the door... hurry and throw him in.
