Off today on our yearly late summer trip on the Pelican. Our hopes were high in spite of the forecast 5-8 seas. Started at the 020 and caught a Sailfish immediately upon getting the lines out. Caught a few gaffer dophin after the Sail. White Marlin starting biting for us after that and we caught them thru out the remainder of the day. Seemed better after noon, when we were seeing a fish what seemed like every 15 to 20 mins. Ended the day with 9 Whites, the Sail, and handful of Dolphin. Captain Arch said it would be a long ride home and after we returned to the dock, he said we had fished all the way up to the 140.

Arch isn't afraid to head north that's a fact!! He is very rarely to far south at the end of the day.. Great day and glad to here about the sails. How deep? Mark

Here is a link to some action shots we got on the trip.
