Default Hatteras Overnighter Crews Wanted 6/29 - 7/7

Good day all!

Given the cost of fuel these days, overnighters are starting to look even more attractive for locations with relatively short runs to the offshore grounds such as Hatteras.

Basically, the idea is to get a good deal more bang for the buck by getting in more trolling time than one would expect in two regular full days as we’ll be able to troll until dark the first day and then pick up at first light the next morning and troll for an additional two hours it would take us to get offshore on the 2nd day.

Of course, at night we can head out to the deep and put down baits with cyalume lights in an attempt to attract swordfish. At the very least, the odds are very good we’ll hookup some decent size sharks.

As always, give me a shout via email or phone if you are interested.

FYI …. Thursday, 6/30 & Friday 7/1 are looking perfect weather-wise for an overnighter.

I still need 3 more crew to make it work. In the alternative, I have a couple of guys who are interested in day trips. At this point I’m willing to go either way on a first come, first serve basis.

BTW, yesterday 5 sails, 2 whites & 1 blue were caught by the Hatteras Harbor fleet alone, not counting any billfish releases from the other marinas.

Pick up the phone and give me a shout and let’s go get ‘em!
