Default Looks like it'll be a late tuna season:(

Here it is, just about nov and no yft yet. Thought we might be starting to see 'em come in last week when there were a few more yellowfin caught as well as a few bigeye, but thenall this wind came so who knows. Boat is ready to go, just waiting on the fish. Who else is chomping at the bit???

Dave - Mine got run heavy in the US Open, but still about 80 gals. of fuel that I want to burn before pulling. Burned some today, took Bodie for a ride so he could compare same boat but with 150s,,,,I think he's a believer now.

Sharpening the hooks for next week it seems....nice wahoo's from today...I've been suspecting a full winter YFT season like 3 years previous where you could catch them 35 lb footballs all winter long. We'll see what this year holds, but i will say one thing, next week, my planer is running a 2 ft wire leader, I want one of those 60 lb hoos.

looks like we're going to be coming down monday night to Hatteras and fish thru friday with Alan. Really looking forward to it. We both have crews so we'll be using both boats.
