How's the cleanup going down there. I was watching Channel 10 news out of Philly last night and just had to laugh. They were showing all the "Damage" in OC, some boards from the boardwalk gone, loss of some beach, no real damage to any homes. Anyway they were talking like it was the end of the world. I had to send them an email to look what happened 300 miles south of them. OC's damage was nothing compared to NC

Interesting sights in the link, Chris, thanks for putting it up. Are you having to put the truck on the ferry for gas deliveries down South of Rodanthe? How is the temporary road? I hear they have it open to all traffic, albeit with just one lane.

No, I lucked out and was able to let it just ride for a week for delivery. We rode 2 trucks down today to catch the restaurants. Luckily, there is not too much going on down there now. The road is passable and they are rebuilding the dune at the S-turns now.
And that photog is awesome, he's got some high dollar equipment working there.
