Did anyone else hunt this weekend? Mark? I hunted yesterday and our group had a slower hunt in the morning than usual but we did manage to bring in 5 does for the freezer. I shot two. A little chilly but all in all a good day! Still hunted yesterday evening and saw 6 more does and a nice looking 8 pointer but a little young. Should be a beast if it makes it to next year....This buck was chasing does already!

Ya I have been hunting since September! Got a good bow kill on a doe on video and have seen some small bucks but nothing nice. Alan Bringing you some back straps Move some bait out of the way!! Good eats right there...Mark

Yeah I figured you'd been messin around with that bow- I haven't gotten into that game yet, maybe next year. I'm still in fish mode when bow season opens.

That was my first hunt this year so I was happy with seeing a mess of does, taking two, and seeing an 8pt! I won't be able to hunt during the week at all this year so I need every day I hunt to be like that one...

He is a culinary master but I do have to pick at him about his smoked mackerel. Damn birds want even eat that stuff.
