Default Loran lines

I need some help guys. I've never used loran until I met you Oregon Inlet guys, so I'd like to get my chartplotter where I can read loran correctly. I had it set up right, but something happened to the 3ers between fish and fest and last trip. I have it set to the southeast usa chain now(I'm assuming that's the correct one). What station are you guys on? XRay, Zebra, oe one of 3 others? I've been playing with it trying to get the 650-680 to pop up a little north of the tuna hole, but the #ers aren't even close. Could someone tell me what chain and station you are on?? Thx a lot

Dave, I think it's the 9960 and X & Y as I recall.

Okay, I'm on the 7980xy (southeast us) chain. The #ers I'm getting for the Point is 31844.34 and 45143.89. That's not the same #ers I'm hearing is supposed to be for the Point. Supposed to be in the 600's if I'm not mistaken. Suggestions

Nope, you want the 9960 GRI XY. The 7980 is what is messing it up for you.

Capt Fred is right. Change your Loran Chain to 9960 so you can find us when we are on the fish!!! Mark

That did it!! Thx Mark, Ken, and Dave. I was on the southeast us(7980) chain. The 9960 is actually the northeast us chain. I would have thought that it would be the southeast and not the NE. Anyway, that was the confusion. Appreciate it
