Talked to a friend who lives in pirates cove, said they heard the accident from the house sounded like a head on. One man from Virginia was killed, one teenager w/broken arm and one young person who had BAD leg injuries. I will say one for the people involved and for there friends and family! Remember when we think we have it bad! no matter how bad!!, there is someone else that has it worse!

If the report he posted for the 26th was the one you were scheduled for it looks like it was a tough day on the big blue pond. At least you were there for the game and a prayer sent for the families involved in the collision.

Well after talking to the crew I was supposed to fish with yesterday they were very pleased. They ended up fishing on the Hatteras Fever II instead of the Bite Me. The caught 6 nice dolphin, 5 wahoo, king mackeral, and a bluefish. They lost a couple more wahoo also. They had one of the better catches out of the whole fleet from the marina. I am really glad everything worked out for them and they cuaght some meat. I will post a few pics from the trip when I get them from one of the crew members. They had luck on their side with a 11 year boy that took my spot. They said he did an excellent job. He never lost a fish and reeled in almost all of the wahoo. Nothing is better than watching a kid catching nice fish and smiling ear to ear.
