Robert,

I wish I knew that I was down in Frisco looking at a Forclosure lot that I am about to list..

Want to buy a lot on Timber Trail in Frisco for $90,000ish?

At least I didn't hit you, I've been known to gawk at the ocean and not pay attention to my driving while going over the bridge.

Was on call this weekend, with the cold weather, worked 22.5 hours this weekend.
