fred - it will hold them fine if you have a hard backing surface on the bolster itself...I have done this a few times....per bolster, fabricate 3 small 1 inch by 3 inch 1/8 in alumiunum plate(s)..drill and countersink them and attach to the back of the bolster..the dual lock cut to the same size will attach to the plate fine...

btw, thanks for the dig over at THT about manners..he's a dealer...no wonder he is giving me the 3rd degree on the club....dealers really don't like it when I publish 100 hour fair costs and part #'s...or how to change your own oil...

Thanks Glen. That sounds like a winner. Also, very interesting background on that THT thing. You tried to reach out with a helpfull suggestion and he spit on your hand. It just p*%!ssd me off.

apparently it's a lady that populates many sites and rams contender down everyone's throat...hope she ignores my message about the fuses that need to be added to the power steering and shorts out the entire system....
