I pulled Skintback to LA for a week of Swamp cruzing and then a week out of Venice .
We had a BLAST and nailed a few limits of them 10 plus pound endangered red snapper [ NO small ones ] big Bull Reds and some nice AJ's, and a few small Grouper [ Released ]
We had very good water until the last day , it was 2 to 3's with a 4 thrown in there . remember , I'm a 23 foot boat but once at a rig or trolling it was ok , just hard to run fast in.

I'll put up a few pics this weekend.

Just a few random pictures of my trip.My Friend Don brought his 38' 5th wheel down [ GOOD A.C. ] to stay in near Venice.
We caught many limits of The unobtainable Red Snapper , Kings, AJ's, Bonita, and more.

My 1st week was spent touring the swamps where the SWAMP LOGGERS and Gator hunter hang and work . What a blast , everyone I met was awesome , water was like glass . We boated from Baton Rouge to New Orleans . Quite a few 150 to 200 mile days through out the whole trip.
Most fuel I topped the boat off at the end of the day was 41 gallons...Clean Flat Water is our FRIEND.
