Default Charging dual banks of batteries

I have four batteries arranged into two banks. One bank of two in parallel and the other pair in series. Need 24V for the new trolling motor and 12V for the motor and electronics.

I have a dual bank charger, will this work out? Do I attach the charger leads to an individual battery on each bank, or span the each pair of batteries with the leads?

That is, positive of one battery in the bank and negative of the other battery in that bank?
