started with a 1971 14' AlumaCraft and a 15 Johnson kicker.....beat the crap out that boat on top of oyster beds, and tying off to docks. great boat, thick 3 plies of aluminum, riveted and never ever leaked.

a few center consoles......a Aeroglass 19' Piece O' Crap fished it 8 years though. Then a 23' CC MayCraft, fished it 10 years.

then went back to Aluminum, as my last boat....just added 12 feet and now the aluminum boats 26' and I'll die in it.
My favorite boat building material.

14' shakespear fiberglass row boat,6hp merc first boat,i was 14
17' boston whaler montauk,90hp merc,first new boat-bought it for cash when i was 21
20' sea ox walk around,150 johnson,traded the whaler in on it...what a mistake,rode terrible...worse than a grady white...

26 robalo,twin,175 mariners...sold the ox and bought this...great ride !!!

31 custom rig, twin 40 series volvo diesels...ran this rig all over, won quite a few tournaments on it too...

31' bertram, swapped it over to diesel, ran the hell outta this rig, bought it with my tournament money

25 mako,walkaround twin 200 yamaha engines,this rig was a beast !! wet,but it rode great !! better than the bert !!

23' sea craft, restored to perfection in my shop...this rig is amazing !!! the ride is actually better than the mako !! it's a stern drive set up,can't beat the fuel economy,a little over 2nmpg...can't get this rig to pound...any wetter and you would need a snorkle still running this one...

25' black fin fishermen model....built like a tank,a friend of mine had one of these, the ride was absolutley incredible, the construction is like a work of art !!
