Default Finished Herculiner On My Cockpit!

Well my weekend got cut short by some engine problems, so, Cody and I got to work on finishing the interior of the cockpit with J.C. Whitney, roll-on Herculiner bed linner. Here are the results:

Overview of transom area (Sorry I didn't wash the Plast-Teak deck before taking the picture but the Herculiner wasn't dry enough yet to wash):

Looks good. The liner should quiet things down a little. That was the only bad thing I did not like about the aluminum boat I fished. It was extremely loud. It had Inboard deisels...Mark

Martk,

My boat is so quite you can't beleave it. If you are inside with the door shut, it has about 10db less than my Expedition. With the door open it maybe 10db more than being inside my Expedition. The diesel exhaust comes out the outdrive and there is no noise or exhaust fumes. The entire boat's hull below the water line has peel & stick sound deadening material and the Plasteak decking kills the nosie from the metal deck. The engine compartment has 1" sound deadening mateiral on the inside and the Plasteck on it outside. There is NO tinny noise anywhere in my boat, in fact when in big seas everything is quite and solid, REALLY SOLID!

It's a real MONOLITHIC HULL at 5/16" bottom plate with ten full double welded frames and 8- double weleded chines.
