Here ya go, seems like a good trade...Maybe 1996 Yammi's, 2 stroke, non efi's. I'd rip them off and repower with 200 HPDI's.

Pending seatrial, inspection with white glove, oil analysis, braking distance, general ooh's and ahh's sentiment, mositure check, beating on the hull with a closed fist, etc. etc.

Seriously, I've heard good reviews of robo hulls, and short of engine problems (last Zuke burned me), I wouldn't have a problem trading .

Looking to trade a 27 ft offshore boat for a smaller center console

I had the 1985 25 Robalo and it was an awesome boat. dad and I had it powered with twin 150 merc carbed and it would fly. Cruise 30 kts at 4000RPM approx 2 MPG or better sometimes. I don't know how that year compares to the early 90's but I loved my 85. It was kind of wet though.

Sounds like a good trade to me. I will admit I've never been a huge fan of transoms like that when offshore for safety reasons. Ever seen one with a bracket? If your going to repower anyways it might be something to look into.

It's got the same transom as my old boat. I took it offshore all the time with almost 0 problem, We only had one close call in 16 years of fishing on that boat. There is a splashwell on those models and for some reason, the acess to your bilge is in that splashwell. Well, the seals had dryrotted on both access ports and little waves were getting in that splashwell on a rough day. Well, all of a sudden we noticed how low the back of the boat was. Due to the seals dryrotting, water was entering the bilge through those ports. Lesson learned, if there are acess ports in a splashwell like that, constantly check those o-rings. ...David
