Man, that s a nice deep cockpit. I had to learn how to use the twins myself when I switched my boat over from a single. My dad's Bertram 28 was a breeze compared to twin outboards. On my boat I discovered that if I trim them up a bit so the thrust is going just under the hull when in reverse it helps. I usually leave one motor in reverse with just a touch of throttle on it and then spin the boat with the other motor in forward, using as much throttle as needed to get her to spin. (usually not much by the way)
