Default Rear view mirror on a center console?? Any suggestions?

Looking for a small rear view mirror like you see on ski boats. The problem with ski boat mirrors is that they are either made to mount onto the window frame or suction right to the window itself. Both are useless for a plexi windshield and standard stainless steel rail over the windwhield. Anyone see one that mounts to a stainless steel center console grab rail?
Tired of other boats creeping up behind you without you knowing. Below is a picture of the rail above the windshield.........Thanks!

Ha Ha after i read it back it is funny. Unfortunately i am not at wot all the time. I take family and friends that dont always like to fo fast not to mention 3'er where i am not as nimble as some bigger CC's are flying by you. Also and most importantly....at 60 i miss a lot of the bikini's and a rear view mirror will give me a second look without the g/f noticing.

I've never looked into it but it seems surprising that none of them are made to mount to a rail like that. Could you customize one of those rail mount antenna bases or a rail mount rod holder base? I've got some rod holders that clamp onto the legs of my hard top and they attach to the actual rod holder with a small threaded allen bolt. If you removed the rod holder you could just screw that allen screw into about anything that was threaded for it.

I love the idea of a rear view mirror, especially since I often boat alone. I am a diver and really am fussy about protecting my spots. I don't want anyone following me.
