Default Spotlight question

I want to mount a wireless remote spotlight on my T-Top. Although my radar dome is mounted on a 6-7" bracket I am worried about the light interfering with the radar image. Any thoughts or ideas??

Thanks,
dave

Dave,
I had a spot light on the T-top of my second boat and it was worthless mounted there. The glare off the front of the boat just killed your night vision you could not see past the front of the boat. I removed it and mounted it up near the anchor locker on the bow and what a world of difference. I could see everything in front of the boat perfectly. If you have the option try to mount your spotlight as far foward on the boat as possible you will not regret it.....Mark

Mine works fine on the hardtop, and is on a pedestal so it does not interfere with the radar. I have a very small blind spot behind the boat, but that is not a concern.

Thanks.. I agree that mounting the light on the bow is probably best but it seems awful "fragile" sitting up there by itself. Wonder if there is a quick dis-connect mount available?? I will look around.

Regards,
dave

mine is on the pulpit and the only problem is the glare coming off the rail, a small strip of duck tape cured that
