This is one of the reason why the county moves so slow. 2 years after Katrina and the county is still operating out of trailers.

Do they have a long term plan for permanent facilities? Or is it more serious, like with funding problems?

I can't believe it already been 2 years!!! Seems like I remember those reports being yesterday.

They been debating wether to try to rebuild the old historic building in the Old Town Section or build a new building. It just seems that they are still a little backwards.
