While casting through some bait nearshore Sunday going after some Spanish Macs & Kingfish we ran across a school of these.

What is it?

i thought it was a keeled needle fish but looking at craigs link, i believe he hit it on the head....

Probably not since the Atlantic Saury doesn't have the pretty look as the fish you caught does!
