Default Some pics from this weekend

Here's some pics from this weekend. I needed to just get away for a day and the ocean forecast wasn't the greatest, so we decided to make it a trip over to Core Banks to do a little surf fishing and flounder gigging. We didn't do a lot surf fishing because there were so many little croakers and spots around that you couldn't keep anything in the water. We had several thunderstorms in the area all day and then we had a big line of storms go over late in the day that actually helped to calm the winds down. I went flounder gigging later that night(wading style) and saw several, but almost all were small. Ended up with 5 keepers, and felt like I should have had a lot more with all that we saw. Hope that you enjoy

Didn't feel like taking pics of 4" croaker! It was dark when I got the flounder so didn't bother with taking any pics of those few flounder either.
