Default Friday Snook Fishing With My Son

My son & I got out Friday evening and did a little Snook fishing. Here are two photos of his largest fish for the night.

Take 2...... from tonight, posted on a local forum.

My son and I had the chance to fish tonight for just over an hour between 6:45 & 8:00 at one of the Snook lights off the ICW. The fish were the most active I've seen yet this fall season. We caught 11 Snook from 17" to 29" on Gulp Alive White 3" Shrimp and a MirrOdine 17MR, Silver color. Both baits produced and we took turns each working both. The Snook caught and pictured below with my Son nailed the Gulp after he placed a perfect cast under the dock. Great times for sure!

Looks like fun was had by both from his smile and I notice he is sporting the appropriate hat.

Man! Great photos. I wonder who's more proud?

Son with fish, or Dad with Son?

I'll bet it's equal!
