Default Saturday night in Blacksburg, VA

Playing with my new tripod at 1am on a Saturday night (or Sunday morning if you want to get technical).

Thanks...hoping to get some better ones soon, it was just too cold last night to keep fooling with it, and that's exactly what I was doing...I don't know what I'm doing, it's just trial and error so far.

I second the last shot, the star filter add an interesting touch to that photo. How long was that exposure I.m guessing about 10 seconds?

No filter, no photoshop, just me not knowing what various things do in my camera so I went full on "trial and error". Took two or three tries before it even got close to looking like I wanted it to.
That one ended up being at 55mm, F/16, ISO-200, 30 second exposure and -0.3 exposure compensation.
