Rollin in the shop, good working weather, not too hot.
Just about done with the Love Boat / Beer Boat. Teak Handles glued on, Sprayed Caribean Blue Mattalic on the bottom, Matterhorn White on the sides and interior. got to put on a pink boot stripe, I don't have pink paint, I am gonna try to mix red and white to get it to come out pink, I think that should work. Ordered the lettering for the stern.
Big Dan is putting his dingy back together after he sprayed Pearl Gray on the hull, new teak skeg / lifting handle installed and he is putting back all of the rigging stuff, this is a sailing dingy, it is actually pretty fun to sail.
On the nimrod, things are progressing nicely, the floor and everything else on the interior that gets glassed is done, the glass is ground and ready for ad tech. The benches and lazz deck are glassed and ground. I installed the jet on the motor and ready to sand and paint the motor.
Really ready for a day off from the boat shop, ready to get in on some great fall fishing action.
The road should be open by the 15th at the latest, perhaps sooner, I saw pictures of the new bridge and it is done it justneeds deacking and asphalt.
can't wait to go fishin again!
