Day two of the Marlin Club tournament with Anglers Thomas, Shiela, Mark, Trip, Ray, and Joe.
It was slick calm and good fishin, and at the end of the day we ended up on the leader board in 7th place.
Tournament Participants
We started out catching a nice dolphin, but it was not big enough to put us in the money for the Dolphin.
A litle while later a nice blue marlin ate our left shortrigger, and mark hooked him and the battle was on. Shortly after the battle began the line went slack from the hook comming out.
Later in the day, "aftco" Joe hooked a nice white marlin on a dink bait, that we brought to leader for the release.
Whitey put on a great show, and Shiela got some great pictures that I will post as soon as I get them from her.
We have one more day to fish in the tournament.
