They will run about 5 3/4" and up..Most days there are crabs up to 7-8 inches in em.

Can, and almost certainly will, do that. We usually steam at least 2 bushels, sometimes 3 or 4. #1's are #1's...hand me tiny ones as long as they are heavy

The crab season has been spectacular this year. Shrimp is looking to be the same way. EAT up boys...nothin like fresh NC seafood.
