I installed a new 2003 Alpha1 outdrive, engine to prop in a friends Sportcraft after I rebuilt the transom. Before I hooked up the 351 Ford, hurricane Ivan came through Bagdad and beat up the boat, on the trailer. It never sunk or got wet, but the boat was damaged too much and not worth fixing. I took everything off and have had it stored in my shop for three years waiting for a "project" boat to come along. Well, after my hip replacement gone bad, I cannot stand or walk, so am trying to reduce inventory.
I also have the Ford 351, new manifolds, risers, etc. The entire outdrive is here with ramas, pumps, power steering etc. New costs over $5,000 wholesale. Reman Ford long block only was $2,000.
I need to move this stuff, make an offer. It is in Pensacola, FL. I will set the engine up on my test bench and run it for a REFUNDABLE deposit check of $1,000.
