Sure......Take my Zuppa Di Pesce recipe from last week and delete the tomatos and all seafood except the clams and mussels. Very easy.
For two people (appetizer):
- Sautee your garlic till light brown in olive oil
- add your white wine (1/4 cup) and clam broth (1/2 cup)
- you might have to add a little more clam broth while cooking
- add clams and mussels (8 each)
- add parsley (3 tbsp) and salt and pepper to taste
after the seafood opens they are done and take them out of the pan. Pour sauce on top or.......if you want the sauce a little thicker cook the sauce longer and add a few table spoons of whole butter until its incorporated into the sauce then pour over the top. You can add lemon juice to this or/and make a little more sauce and serve over pasta or rice!
