I have to say Specks or T-rout because of those stupid Icon things...If you spell the word trout, you get that stupid smiley face hitting another smiley face over the head with obviously a T-ROUT!

I looked and wanna turn them off. Because I FISH FOR T-routz 12 months a year 2-6 days a week, if I can. But it looks as there's no turning those off.

So, Specks means Speckled Sea Trout, and T-rout means the same.

Could I use "tide runners" and have people knowing what I mean?

It's okay most know what a "Speck" is, especially if your from Texas.

But in Fla, people think your talking Crappies, cause they be called Specks in the sweet water world here.

It just takes me twice as long to do a report, since I cut and paste off my Daily Reports Blog (www.captdaves.blogspot.com) and have to change every time I use the word T-rout.
