
Then I finally got my fuel tank back. It will hold about 15 more gallons than the old one, around 70some gallons, I'll figure it out exactly when I have some free time (HA)

After this I foamed around it and also laid pipe for wires to the console. Don't have pictures of all this yet.
Then I started with the decking. Used luan strips to make patterns for each area 4' at a time, then traced them onto 3/4" plywood and fitted each section one at a time. This included grinding down stringers flush with the shoes around the edge of the boat:

Once I had all the deck fit in, I took it all out and glassed the bottomsides of each piece:
Now I have to make some time to get the deck glued down and glassed in. Will be weekends from here on out because I started back work.
I also should add that I sold my 175 off the back and am looking for another motor. Would like to find a 200 for the back. Also will like to find a good used hydraulic steering package cheap.
