Registration Form

Hello All,

Please notice when you enter the FairWeather Fest Forum, I have added a registration Form for Captains to fill out so we have a list of everything.

After you fill out the form it will be emailed to me so we will be all set.

If you are an angler looking for a ride, use the same registration form just don't fill out the Captain Spot, Fill out the Crew Member 1 section.

Captains Filling out these form, I think it is pretty self explanitory, but here goes.

1. Fill Out Your Captain Name

Crew Member Section.
1. If you have someone leave Yes in the drop down box then enter their name in the text box.
2. If you need someone select the Need Crew in the drop down box then leave the text box empty.
3. If after you fill out Crew Member 1 & 2, that's all you want to fish please fill the last two drop down boxes with the Boat Full Option.
