Default gas prices

As Info, Today's gas price at Broad Creek is $4.45/gal (87 oct). Street price on the Causeway is $3.88/gal...
Sad but true!!

¿Por qué? I was just about to post that I'm real broke headed into this thing and I'm probably going to be in a tent (or maybe a VAN, DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!) due to some unforeseen fundage shortages...now $4.45/gal and it's still two weeks away. I might be out altogether, or at least limited to a day or two at most.

Matt, what's the deal on me "registering" and then playing it by ear as to whether or not I come? I'll pay if I come, but at this point the money is going to be right tight (I'm spending $150 out of every $345 I clear each week on gas, to get to work, to get that $345, to spend $150 in the truck, rinse and repeat).

Whatever, shut up and come down and go fishing. Stop being a kiljoy.

When you get here, and get on the boat, and we're going through the inlet, and the GF is by your side with the wind whipping through her hair, parlayed by the smell of salt air, as we ride into the open ocean to go catch huge tuna's and become hero's in the eyes of our women.......

Yes, it is a Visa moment.

We'll leave out the blood and guts for right now.

Man up, and go fishing! We'll figure it out later. The tuna's are biting now.

That's why Chris is my man. He is all about the trip.

Quit whining and go fishing, will ya? At the marina where I work, #2 diesel is running $4.53 with a charter/commercial discount... mere mortals are paying $4.85+

It's "not bad" if I run an hour into downtown where I bought yesterday for $4.19, but I leave Monday for a remote town that is featuring $7.32 per gallon diesel. (I'll be fishing very close to the dock out there so I don't have to top off at that price... ugh!
