Default Fest Boat Dockage

I talked to Theresa at Broad Creek Marina Saturday and she said there will be NO Charge for ramp in/out or trailer parking. Overnight slips will be $1.25/ ft each night.
Call her @ 1-252-473-5344 for reservations/more info..

Also talked to Junior in the Tackle Shop and he said if Anglers will let him know what their bait needs are, he will be sure to have plenty on hand..He can be reached @ 1-252-473-9991

Regards and Have Fun!

Do we need to still make reservations if we leave ours on the trailer? We are leaving it on the trailer whether we pay or not

Dave,

I have had a few questions asked of me about if guys are able to sleep on their boats this year. I guess there is a rumor out there (might be true) that you are no longer able to.

I don't see why you wouldn't be able too, but do you know the 100% right answer to this question?

Matt

I haven't decided yet if I'll be leaving mine on the trailer or docking her. When you say Broad Creek Marina, you are talking about the docks beside bluewater right?

Nope, it's OK to stay on board. And they still have plenty of space as of a few days ago when I reserved. Sounds like Big Fun! Thanks Dave for posting up the info.

Dave,

To answer your question, yes, the docks are beside bluewater where you and the wife stayed last year.

Most folks will be there, some, like dawiggs, will be on the other side of the marina where they lift out the boats.

I'd like to think that last year's problem was an isolated incident.

BTW, I'm slipping my boat there this year, making my reservations with theresa tomorrow.

Jacked up for this spring, just need some crew to help out!

Got 2 slots open!

I talked to Theresa at Broad Creek Marina and she said;

>If you rent a slip the rate will be $1.25 /foot / day. No charge for in/out or trailer storage.
>If you do Not rent a slip and ramp in/out and trailer storage the rate will be $25.00 / day.
>She has confirmed with Fairweather that there will be no charge to set up a tent and have the Thursday pm reception on the grounds. She will see that the grass is cut and the area is well groomed.
> Talked to Junior in the tackle shop and he repeated that if we had special bait needs or otherwise, just let him know.
> It has been a long winter and due to weather a slow Spring, so both of them are excited about having our group again and I think will be good hosts...
