My wife is a manager in a direct sales company. I split my time between helping her out and taking care of my kiddos. We're actually in SLC this weekend, we just conducted a training seminar for her team out here. We run a full time office with three employees out of our home. She is 1099 from the company, so since we get to mostly run things how we want, its certainly our own business

There are about 1250 saleswomen on her team, about 72 of which are managers. We've been at it 4 years...I quit my full time job in Nov of '06...
