Yes, we tried to argue that. Unfortunately the state knuckleheads do not understand. Especially since we will have two local fire dept's on hand with fire trucks should something get out of hand. It's training for them. You WOULD think there would be some sort of special instance.
In the meantime, I've pumped her down to about 2 percent, which is the most I can get out of it due to the piping, isolated the tank via valves, and, I SH*T you not, a pair of vice grips and some duct tape on there to keep it from leaking through the bleeder cap.
I really should take a picture, it's one of those instances where you just shake your head.
I bought the good 3m 15$ a roll duct tape, BTW.
