Spent all weekend tyding up the boat, and am ready to go...
Well, not so ready, while hooking up the trailer tonight after the kids went to bed, I had no lights, at all. The fuse on the armada blew, so I replaced it with a 15 amp, turned the running lights on, no lights, and touched the ground wire and she was getting reallllly hot. I've got a bad positive somewhere. I'll figure it out wednesday.
I turned the lights off, disconnected the trailer, and towed it with no lights through the back streets to the gas station. 3.88 per gallon here on the beach. I needed about 50 gallons. Ouchy. Fortunately that's 2 trips for me.
I got a draggin brake pad also. Wonderful.
I'll figure the lights out wednesday when it's a lay day.
But the boats full of petrol, scrubbed down, everything tested, ice is in the freezer, kids are asleep and I'm going to go to bed and dream of big tunafish.
