Alright All,

I am trying to keep the costs down as the more money that goes towards this food is less towards the Charity (wish I could pickup the bill, but Real Estate is SLOW)..

So I am trying to figure out how many poeplpe are going to be there on Thursday Night.. I plan on having the food there between 6 - 6:30 and keep it setup for a while.

I have been working with High Cotton and they will be delivering the food & seting it up... Here's what I am ordering..

Hand Chopped Pork BBQ & Smoked Chicken, this also includes baked beans, chopped slaw, cornbread and sandwich rolls.

I might have them throw in the sweet & unsweet tea also, or I figure we can buy some drinks at Walmart and stuff on my way down....

As for Adult Beverages please supply your own on that as I'm not sure what everyone drinks & that only raises the price..

So this long drawn out email is for the purpose of getting a head count on how many people are going to be there for dinner dinner on Thursday.
