I don't know the real answer but I will assume it's a combination with the biggest offset to cover insurance for potential enviormental impact problems. I don't know about the road tax either and I don't think that is figured in the price per gallon at a marina. So I guess that takes it back to what FASTFJR is suggesting?....greed.
Anyone on this forum own a marina with fuel service? I would like to understand the main reasons for the big differences in pricing.
