From what I have read, the more you charge your batteries the less life you get out of them. Not to brag but mine are going on 3 years and 800 hours. With a boat like yours or mine there is no need to keep charging the batteries because you have nothing going on. No a/c running, no frig, the boat is not in the water so you don't have to worry about the bilge pumps, etc. Just shut your swithches off and you should have no problems.
