Thanks guys. It could have been better...and worse. I was nice to try out the new JB on all the rods and the planer bridle as well. I had the guy at Teachs put a swivel tip on my 50-100 class rod and it worked well with the planer. I pulled a #8 but I think I could go to a #12 with that set-up. I had plenty of drag left and the rod didn't seem to be stressed.
