We too fished Sat. It was slow, and started our pretty sporty, especially in a 22'
We ended up lines in @ 9:15 in 1000 fathoms just to get clean warm water. No fish, scattered grass, ran south to the 550 and fished near the fleet for a few hours, not even a knock down. Headed back inshore a bit and bottomfished. Big (but pricy) black sea bass. Suffered a bad txducer, 2nd one on the Lowrance, lost temp and 50k
