ok this dish originated in louisiana i think...does anyone have the recipe......
back when i had it they made it with a whole redfish and red sauce...i think its called cubioun pronounced (kuh-be-an) or cuvian (kuh-vi-an)........dont know the spelling....anyway it was awesome..it was served over rice!
